Trip is still a go
Despite the recent violence in Bangkok, we are still planning to go at this point. The protests have been isolated to certain areas and the Canadian Government have not advised Canadians to not travel to Thailand; only to avoid Bangkok. We are flying into Bangkok and leaving a few hours later, and staying very close to the airport.

We went to get our visas today but the Thai Consulate was closed for a holiday- we’ll be getting those shortly and upgrading our insurance and then we’re all set!
